Worms.net

Sitting in a cybercafe called Worms.net with my er… new housemates at the moment. New housemates… that’s weird. So far, it’s been fun staying together and I have no complaints (yet maybe ). Recently, with the lack of an internet connection or the good ol’ teevee, we’ve been entertaining ourselves with.. well.. ourselves! Interesting, non?

My God.. I now can recall why I never really liked cybercafes to begin with – the noise pollution. Loud distasteful music, idiots who think they’re the only ones in the room, sounds of various games with the speakers probably tuend up to its maximum volume BLASTING like crazy! People!! Haven’t you heard of headphones?! So irritating. My eardrums will probably self-destruct after this harrassment.

This CC aside, classes officially started on Monday, a week after we moved in. I’m taking five subjects this semester, 3 Psychology Core subs, 1 Non-Psychology Core and a Basic Major subject (part of my minor). In case I forgot to mention before, I’ve switched programs from ADP to Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) for a few reason I will not list down here coz I’m.. well.. too lazy. Plus, brains not really working at the moment thanks to all the headache-causing noise. Even with 5 subs, my schedule’s not as packed as I thought it would be. Intro to BioPsychology, Into to Social and Health Psychology, Research Methodology, Life and Leadership Skills (YES. I KNOW. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!) and Intro to Mass Communications. EVerything in the previous stated order. For those who are wondering, I’m still majoring in Psychology… just… minoring in Media Studies (it would explain MassComm).

anyway, gotta run dee.
Hopefully I’ll ahve my connection up and running ASAP.. possibly, next week?
